Placing an order is quick and easy:
Browse our collection and select the item(s) you’d like to purchase.
Choose any required options, such as size, gauge, or color.
Add your selected items to your shopping cart.
Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and payment information.
Review your order and complete your purchase.
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking information (where available).

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on piercing jewelry, tools or any other items that may be subject to cross-contamination once they have left our facility.
The only exception is unopened and unused aftercare spray bottles, which may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be in its original, unopened packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

* Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or jewelry box to help prevent scratches.
* Polish occasionally with a jewelry polishing cloth to restore its natural shine.
