These general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services provided by JC Stockholm Piercing. Any deviating and/or supplementary agreements require the written consent of JC Stockholm Piercing. Confirmation by email is acceptable.
JC Stockholm Piercing accepts payments made using the payment methods displayed on the JC Stockholm Piercing website when the order is placed. The customer selects the preferred payment method. Any costs associated with a particular payment method (e.g. cash on delivery) may be added and are displayed on the website. Mutual claims can only be offset with the written consent of JC Stockholm Piercing.
The payment options ‘PayPal’ and ‘PayPal Express’ comply with the general terms and conditions of PayPal (Europe) S.a.r.l. & Cie, S.C.A.
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, we offer you the following payment methods. Payments will be made to Klarna.
* Direct bank: Available in Sweden, Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited immediately after you place your order.
General information about Klarna and the terms of use per country can be found at klarna.com. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy policy.
The goods shall be delivered to the customer by a local third-party supplier. The customer shall be informed of packaging and shipping costs in the shopping cart before order processing begins. Goods in stock shall be shipped within two working days of receipt of the order.
In the unlikely event that goods are not in stock, the production time is up to two weeks. JC Stockholm Piercing’s ability to deliver may depend on JC Stockholm Piercing itself receiving timely deliveries from third-party suppliers. If delivery fails, JC Stockholm Piercingmay cancel the contract and shall immediately notify the customer of this. Any payments made shall be refunded to the customer immediately. In the event of a delay of more than three weeks, the customer has the right to cancel the agreement, in which case the customer shall receive written notification of this. The customer is not entitled to any further compensation.
Partial deliveries are permitted as long as the customer does not object to this in writing due to lack of interest or when the customer is unable to receive them. In such cases, transport and packaging costs shall be calculated only once.
PostNord Sverige AB, with organisation number 556711-5695, a limited company formed under Swedish law and a designated operator in Sweden under the UPU Convention, will be designated, authorised and empowered to act as customers’ direct customs representative in accordance with Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 October 2013 laying down the Union Customs Code. Acceptance of these terms and conditions confirms the legal measures for the authorised representative.
All products sold by the JC Stockholm Piercing website can be returned without giving a reason within two weeks of receipt by the buyer. The right of withdrawal takes effect as soon as the goods have been received by the customer. The postmark on the delivery (from the place where the goods are sent) determines when the right of withdrawal takes effect.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to specially ordered products that have been manufactured exclusively for a specific order, nor does it apply to opened goods. The seller will refund the customer’s account within 10 working days after the return has been received. The return package must be sent to the following address: Sergelsgatan 11, 111 57, Stockholm, Sweden.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods arrive undamaged and also bears the cost of the return. The return must have sufficient postage and comply with applicable import regulations. If JC Stockholm Piercing has to pay additional costs due to insufficient postage or in the form of customs duties, Stockholm Piercing reserves the right to offset the costs against the value of the return.
JC Stockholm Piercing reserves the right to claim compensation for damaged goods. If the buyer causes damage, defects or other faults, we will not take the product back.
The goods shall be delivered at the customer’s risk. The risk shall pass to the customer when the goods are handed over to the transport company. This shall apply even if JC Stockholm Piercing bears the delivery costs. The customer shall submit complaints regarding transport damage (e.g. damaged packaging upon receipt of the goods) directly to the transport company within the time limits specified for this purpose.
JC Stockholm Piercing guarantees that the goods sold are free from material and manufacturing defects upon arrival and that they function as described on the website. The warranty is valid for two years after the customer has received the goods. The warranty does not cover wear and tear that occurs during normal use.
The customer is not entitled to claim damages in the event of, for example, non-delivery, damage resulting from defective products, partial deliveries, damage resulting from carelessness or other reasons. However, JC Stockholm Piercing is liable if an ordered item is missing, in the event of deliberate misconduct or gross negligence. This provision does not affect claims under the Swedish Product Liability Act (Produktansvarslag). In the event of defects for which JC Stockholm Piercing is responsible and which also exist in a new delivery, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement or demand a reduction in price. JC Stockholm Piercing accepts no responsibility for operational disruptions or temporary interruptions to stockholmpiercing.com, nor for technical or electronic errors in the webshop’s product range.
All deliveries are subject to the terms and conditions of ownership. The goods remain the property of JC Stockholm Piercing until the customer has paid the full amount.
The photos where the customer shows their products to other customers must belong to the uploader according to copyright law. The photo must only show the customer with products from Stockholm Piercing and must not violate copyright law. By uploading the photo, the customer agrees that JC Stockholm Piercing may use the photo in its webshop and for marketing purposes. The photo is displayed under the product in question and can be seen by anyone who visits Stockholm Piercing’s webshop. The customer agrees that the following photos are not accepted: Photos of genitals; photos where the item is not clearly visible; photos of poor quality (poor lighting, blurred, etc.); other photos that, for various reasons, cannot be approved by JC Stockholm Piercing staff.
JC Stockholm Piercing has the sole right to decide whether or not the photo will be published. For administrative reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to edit or delete product photos.
Gift cards purchased from Stockholm Piercings’ webpage are valid exclusively on our website and in physical location of JC Stockholm Piercing Studio at Sergelsgatan 11, 111 57, Stockholm, Sweden and can be redeemed for products or services available at the time of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunds. Any remaining balance after a purchase will not be refunded or transferred. Gift cards are transferable, but cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or replaced if lost or stolen. Misuse, manipulation, or copying of gift cards may result in cancellation without compensation.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the information necessary to complete your purchase is stored in our data system. Customers may request information about the stored data at any time. Please contact customer service at info@stockholmpiercing.com. For confidentiality reasons, these questions will only be answered via the above-mentioned email address.

The minimum age for using JC Stockholm Piercings services is 18 years.
This expressly includes the creation of a customer account (registration) and the completion of orders. If customers have not yet reached the age required to use the services, they must obtain consent from a parent or guardian to do so. Contact our support team at info@stockholmpiercing.com to open an account for minors and to declare parental consent.
Any disputes arising in connection with the business shall be settled by a court in CFAR-nr 548130-68, Stockholm, Sweden, where JC Stockholm Piercing has its registered office. All parties shall in all cases comply with Swedish law and disregard other international agreements.

If any provision of these general terms and conditions is invalid or ineffective, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions shall not be affected. Any invalid or ineffective provisions shall be replaced by the statutory provisions. Status as of July 1, 2021. Subject to change.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day: – on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the products, provided that you have ordered one or more products as part of a single order and these products are delivered in a single shipment. – when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) has received the last item, provided that you have ordered multiple items as part of a single order and these are delivered separately. – when you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) has received the last partial order or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in multiple partial orders or units.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (JC Stockholm Piercing, Sergelsgatan 11, 111 57 Stockholm, phone number: +46 08-210560, email address: info@stockholmpiercing.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email).
To meet the deadline for exercising your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you cancel the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than 30 days from the date on which we received your notice of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless another means of payment has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to JC Stockholm Piercing, Sergelsgatan 11, 111 57 Stockholm, Sweden without delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us that you wish to cancel this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a manner that is not necessary for establishing the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts: – for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (e.g. when using our “Styling” configurator or Wedding Services).
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts: – for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. – for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
